We use seasonal fruits and festive spices to create this flavoursome chutney, delicious with cold meats and strong cheeses

Ingredients: Apple, Plum, Cranberries, Brown Sugar, Onion, Cider Vinegar, Sultanas, Raisins, Port Wine 1.5%, Mixed Spices

Winter Berry & Mulled Wine Preserve

The perfect gift or a jar to keep! The intense flavour of bursting berries and spiced wine makes this preserve perfect for festive breakfast; used it over crepes, scones, or toasts.

Ingredients: Cranberry, Blackberry 10%, Red Currant 10%, Sugar 40%, Lemon Juice, Red Wine 1.5%, Port Wine1.5%, Mixed Spices. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 55g per 100g

Chrismas Pudding Marmalade with Brandy

A luxurious marmalade for a festive breakfast treat. Made from Seville oranges, carrots, brandy-soaked fruits, and spices of Christmas. A highly original seasonal take on our traditional marmalade.
